Happy Youth Day!
To the kids at our centre and to the volunteers who are young at heart! :)
Alrights, so an update about whats been going on at our punggolshg, we have started to focus a little more on academics especially for the higher levels, p6, sec1s but keeping in mind skills learning as well as outdoor activities for the kids! The main aim is hoping that the kids can have a balance of work and fun!
As it was raining the previous sat, we had to hav a change of plans where we played musical chairs and limbo rock instead of our outdoor activity: volleyball. Wells, i guess these games probably did help the kids step up and come out from their safety nets as they perform forfeits which are.. not too common haha.
Next saturday will be volunteers' night! hope that it will b a night of fun!

Bonjourno~! I'm Clark Kent, an anonymous person from Punggol SHG. But I'm still noew here. Anyway, I've been playing around with the kids these weeks and some of them are rather fun, some sporting, some rather quiet. Well, my purpose here is to do some good. And one more thing, to help out. So yea...Well, anyway, recently, I've realised some of the students there are rather quiet and its rather concerning as no man lives on an island and if u can't cohibit with the rest, its rather hard on oneself. Jus like yesterday, a volunteery, Jiajin, was conducting Musical Chairs and Limbo Rock with the volunteers and students and a few that were rather quiet. Which concerned me a little. Other than that everthing is jus going handy dandy.

Next week, ladies and gents, there's a volunteer's night. Kinda excited. Haven't gone for something like this in a really really long time. Anyway, I'll b posing as one of the volunteers jus to get myself in. So I'll see u guys around yea...Ciao for now...
