Punggol Student Service Centre Open House

Our boss will like to inform you the following for the Punggol Student Service Centre Open House
8:30am Morning Exercise (To be led by Jodean)
9am SQ set up PCs in the centre.
9:30am Angie, Wen Xin, Jerome, Li Yin, Bao Hui, Wei Kang, Boss and Jodean will gather at the PCs
9:30am The rest will go to the Punggol Park and set up the Teachers' Day Celebration (Ee Leng in charge)
10:30am All to gather at Punggol Park and join in the festive
11:30am All to go home and sleep.

Mr Loh and Weiyu will not around that day.

Propose (combine)

1. Punggol SHG
- Bigger space and comfortable environment for sleeping (got air-con and fan)
- Night sleep in Punggol SHG, activity can be held some other places
- Mostly can be approve
- Do not really need transport fee, save more budgets for other usage
- Located in Hougang, near to my HOME!
- Know the places better and I have never ever had any camp in Hougang before!!!
- Save trouble to find for tents, transport, thing needed to bring and other etc

2. Chalet (if can get chalet at Costa Sands Resort (Downtown East) )(another suggestion by dunno who...haha...Aloha Gov Chalet at Loyang)
- Small in space but comfortable environment ~ resort mood (air-con and fan)
- Need to squeeze a bit for sleep and maybe volunteer do not need to sleep
- Need transport, rental and other etc fee
- Some of the volunteer cannot make on the date if the chalet is approve (so I think chalet can be out le… haha)
- Things needed to be brought, such as sleeping bag and others
- Never try before going chalet with SHG friends and kids

3. Camp
- Tents is the main issue
- Need to prepare for wet weather condition
- Transport fee and approval needed to be make
- Big space and living in a real ‘green’ environment
- Camp things needed
- Need more planning…

~ Cheapest option is to ask Duan Qin if can stay overnight at Punggol SHG (I have done that by the way and confirm that there are no hantu, haha!!).....Somemore got air-con. Anyway it is the most memorable place right?

If successfully:

~ Chalet date is on the 14 to 16 of nov (fri, sat, sun)
Sorry I cannot get it on the 8 nov

~ Chalet is will held in the Costa Sands Resort (Downtown East)

~ I think tents have been asked around…

So is confirmed that outing is either chalet or camp right? or some other thingy?
